Lead by a highly skilled team that is enthusiastic and committed to empowering the agency’s select client base, through fully integrated global PR and campaigns. Founded in late 2016, the agency has strongly positioned itself in the MENA region.

About the founder
Egyptian/Italian PR Professional, Ingy Yousri Ismail is the Founder of boutique PR agency, FLARE PR. Prior to starting her own agency in 2016, Ingy worked with some of the leading fashion brands between London, Milan and Florence, where she managed global communication departments for the likes of Salvatore Ferragamo, Aquazzura and Diesel. Before that, she had completed her degree in Fashion and Luxury Goods Management and a masters in Fashion Merchandising and Management from leading fashion school, Polimoda.
Leaving the corporate fashion world and returning to her home country, Ingy was eager to contribute to the growth of the fashion industry within the region. She founded FLARE PR, taking advantage of the skills acquired from her past experiences as well as her contacts, investing them into a private business that helps empower emerging brands, allowing them to find their place in this fast-paced competitive industry.
Her commitment to the industry extends beyond her work at FLARE PR. As a former Fashion PR & Events mentor with Dubai Fashion Institute (FAD), as well as operating independently, Ingy shares her knowledge and experience with the next generation of fashionpreneurs and professionals helping them on their journey to realize their dreams in the world of fashion. She also emphasizes on educational content on social media with The PR Chronicles podcast. Ingy also participated as a guest speaker in the Forbes Middle East Under 30 Summit in January 2024.

Over the past eight years, we have represented an impressive roster of clients from all over the middle east region. Through our PR efforts we managed to to land placements on top celebrities such as Halle Bailey, Viola Davis and Bella Thorne, and international top models such as Sara Sampaio, Chanel Iman and Doutzen Kroes and Shanina Shaik among many. As well as regional celebrities Yousra, Mona Zaki, Hend Sabri, Amina Khalil, Ahmed Helmy, Amr Youssef, Nicolas Mouawad and top influencers Karen Wazen, Nojoud AlRumaihi, Jessica Kahawaty and Ola Farahat.
We offer a variety of services that include feature and product placements, social media handling, event management and brand consultancy. Thanks to our established relationship and interesting clients offering, editors, stylists and influencers constantly reach out for features or pulls.
We have planned and initiated partnerships that brought together leading brand names such as the collaboration of the luxury fashion house Balmain with the Egyptian brands Azza Fahmy and Okhtein. As well as coordinating major events such the Roberto Coin Masquerade Ball and the Azza Fahmy boutique launch in Riyadh, the scouting initiative by Vogue Italia and Cairo Festival City Mall, Naeem Khan’s collection display at LMD’s Cairo Design District, Rami Kadi’s Maison De Couture’s fashion show hosted by Walk of Cairo, and Kahhal Looms opening at the highly anticipated Grand Egyptian Museum.
